| 1 | M&L for taking out U/S Non Clog Submersible motor pump assy 5 HP to 7.5 HP, 3 phase, 50 Hz with column pipe/discharge pipe from 10 to 13m deep well with the help of tripod, chain pully block, Hydra of suitable capacity by disconnecting electric connections and discharge pipe and transporting the same to workshop for opening, dismantling and cutting of old burnt winding wire of motor and rewinding of motor with copper winding wire as per existing size, replacement of Insulation material, oil seal, ball bearing, change of oil seal and making necessary connections with existing copper lead with sleeves from motor to connection plate, cleaning of impeller housing, greasing to all moving parts, bearing and reassembling the motor, Shifting to site back, making joints, electric connection and refitting with delivery pipe, lowering to sump well with the help of tripod/any other machinery such as hydra, connecting, commissioning and testing on full load complete including replacement of worn out nut bolts or any minor parts required to make motor pump assy serviceable all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (i) The quoted rate include the cost of any arrangement of T&P, chain pully block/ hydra (if reqd), required man power, iron clamp or any other item equipment. No extra claim of contractor will be entertained in this regard. (ii) The contractor shall have to take out the motor pump assy within 10 hrs from intimation to contractor by JE.
