| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance including any type mainteneance i.e preventive / scheduled and breakdown of passenger lifts 680 Kg, G+1 (Lift No. 3 of vintage 2002- 01 Nos near ICU at MH) (Make Escon Elevators) by topping up oil in gear box and railing, and greasing all required parts, cleaning of car top and lift pit, electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device including checking tightening of all nut bolts electric connection, alignment of rope, greasing as required, also removing of fault as and when occurred by replacing the unserviceable parts like main microprocessor card, main relay card, contactor, landing roller, brake shoe, Incentring roller, landing lock, car gate lock, door shoe, landing gate complete lock with roller, pick up cam, limit switch, read switch, VVF4 formator, air cord, landing/car door formator, formator belt, formator cam, door motor and any other parts of lift/machine including taking out old U/S parts and fixing of new parts, connecting, testing, commissioning and making lift in serviceable condition in minimum possible time time time incl provn of suitable services for rescue operation services and Lift Technician services all as under:-
Rescue Operation-One semi skilled lift attendent/Rescue operator for LIft no 1 to 8 in each shift (Total Three Shift in a day) Lift Technician-One Skilled Lift Technician for lift no 3,6,9 & 10 in each shift (Total Three Shift in a day)
Note: Any UNSV Parts required to be replaced for serviceability of lift under this item shall be inform to JE priorly and Old UNSV parts will be deposit in MES store yard for taken charge on salvadge legder through demoltion certificate. | 5 | Note for item No 1.00 to 4.00 : - (i) The above Maintenance shall be done through only E-in-C Branch's approved OEM rep or authorised agent of OEM ie M/S Kone india/ M/S Schindler India Pvt Ltd/ M/S Kinetic Hyundai Elevators movement tech ltd/M/S Hitachi lifts India Pvt Ltd/M/S Mitsubhishi elevator India Pvt Ltd/M/S Otis elevator company india ltd/M/S Fujitech India Pvt Ltd/ M/S Johnson lifts Pvt Ltd/ M/S Thyssenkurupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd / M/S Omega elevators/ M/S ESCON Elevators Pvt Ltd/ M/s LT Elevators Pvt Ltd/ IES Elevators or any other OEM approved by E-in-C's branch.
(ii) The contractor shall quote his rate after thorough checking of present staus/position/serviceability of lift. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
(iii) The technician 03 nos , one in each shift (total three shifts in 24 hrs of a day against item no 1 to 4) for lift No 3, 6, 9 & 10 shall remain present during the currency of contract to attend the breakdown complaint within short period. Rate deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Penalty of Rs.500/- per day to be levied in case of technician found absent from the area.
(iv) The contractor shall submit MOU on prescribed proforma (given in particular specifications) and copy of Annual Maintenance Contract (With machine Nos of each lift) from OEM on stamped paper (minimum Rs. 100/-) along with submission of tender. | | |
