| 2 | Decoupling pump & motor of 02 cusec discharge 45 mtr head pump motor set and then dismantling the pump from base frame of unit-I at LIS Zanihal. Carriage of pump to road side using tools and tackles with the help of manual labour, crossing the nallah and hilly terrain (approximately 800 Mtrs). Loading in mechanical transport for shifting to workshop for repair and carriage back to lift station using mechanical transport and manual labour after necessary repairs at workshop. The job includes cost of manual labour, hire charges of tools and tackles, carriage charges through head load and mechanical transport (to & fro). Repairs to 02 cusec discharge 45 mtrs. head pump at workshop by way of dismantling it and then extraction of old damaged and worn out parts i.e. bearings, sleeves, check nut, gland packing, gasket, gland bushes, pump shaft, impeller. Repair to impeller by way of brazing, turning and finishing to size, also Repair to pump shaft by way of turning, machining, cutting of keyways, threading & finishing to the required size. P/F of gland bush-01 no., chuck nut-01 no., bearings-02 Nos., sleeves-01 no. Fabrication of new gland set and P/F of new coupling pulley as per sample. job also includes plugging the leakages at the joints by using rubber flanges ,new nuts and bolts along the suction and delivery of unit 1. Re-assembling all parts of pump with proper greasing and suitable gland packing and oil paper. Job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing on full load condition at LIS Zanihal. P/F of new bearings as per sample and sleeves (DE & NDE). Repair to junction box of unit 1 and thimbling of requisite cable from motor end to starter along with fitting of new colling fan of 60hp motor .P/F of bearing end cover plate-01 no. Complete greasing of the bearings and assembling the rotor and stator. Repair to foot valve of 8 f of unit I by way of Dismantling of foot valves from suction line by way of cutting/unscrewing the nuts and bolts ,fabrication of new strainer then extracting out the foot valves from the sump tank using tools and tackles with the help of manual labour. Dismantling the foot valves and then replacing the leather sheet of appropriate size with required nuts and bolts. Assembling back the foot valves and then lowering into the sump tank using tools and tackles with help of skilled and semiskilled labour. Fitting of the foot valves back to the suction line by p/f rubber sheet joint for flange cut to appropriate size and with new nuts & bolts of required sizes Complete job includes cost of material labour charges and testing on full load. Repairs to Star Delta starter of unit 1 of 60 HP motor by way of extracting the damaged worn out parts. Providing and fitting of no voltage coil, over load relay, moving and fixed contacts. Repairs to tripping system by brazing and finishing to required size. Replacement of worn out thimbles, by way of cutting the burnt ends of cables and then p/f of thimble of appropriate rating/sizes. Toping up transformer oil by 05 litres. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges The job includes cost of material, labour and tools used.
