| 2 | Decoupling of 5 Cusec x24 mt head Horizontal split casing pump of unit no.5 from the motor assembly from the base frame. Carriage of the dismantled 5 cusec split casing pump by using manual labour, head load to the nearest roadside, loading in transport vehicle and carriage to the workshop in the mechanical transport. Repair to the 5 Cusec split casing pump set at workshop by way of dismantling for extraction of damaged internal parts. Providing, turning, rethreading & finishing to accurate size of new pump shaft as per specifications of old damaged shaft. Making of new slots for feather keys, space for bearings, bush/sleeves. Repair to impeller by way of remetalling, machining, turning and finishing to accurate size including making of new key way of the same specifications. Providing and fitting of new bush-02 Nos., new chuck nut, new gland rings, 2no.s new bearings as per sample, 2no.s new gland plates, new studs/bolts on it, applying sufficient amount of grease to avoid excessive wear and tear, providing gland packing as per requirement, re-assembling of and then back carriage to the LIS. Repair to coupling set by way of welding, machining of bore, resizing of coupling bolt holes by welding and drilling to proper size. Job also includes providing and fitting of new nuts/bolts & rubber bushes for coupling set. Complete job including cost of material, labour charges, fitting/reinstallation at the base frame, coupling and making proper alignment of the pump motor and testing on partial/full load at site. Repair to the old damaged 400Amp main Switch of LIS Batera. Job includes complete dismantling of old damaged cable and HRC fuses after disconnecting the power supply from LT side of the transformer and then providing and fitting of 2no.s new HRC fuses 400A capacity of any standard make. Also providing/fitting of new single core 400sq.mm aluminium cable approx.12m from main switch to voltage stabilizer at site by way of providing/fitting of 400Amp aluminium thimbles with the help of crimping tool at both ends.
