| 1 | The participating bidders are required to quote their bids in terms of Viability Gap Fund (VGF) to be provided by the employer (JSCL) for staging the event . The VGF shall be quoted in Rs. . (+) or Rs. (-) by the vendor. The plus sign would indicate amount that the JSCL is required to pay to the vendor for holding the event & minus sign would indicate the amount the bidder would pay to the JSCL for holding the event.
