| 3 | Note : (i) All the complaint(s) received will be lodged & rectified by the contractor rep and will have to maintain a proper record as directed in complain register and in complain slip. (ii) If Contractor fails to rectify the complaints with materials / items to be replaced if required a penalty 200Rs/Complaints of that particular item shall be recovered from his payment. The responsibility of getting the complaints attended & rectified shall lies with the contractor even if he fails to complete the complaints with in 48 hrs. In the delayed case of a rectification of complaints even after 48 hrs he shall rectify the same within one week. (iii) Attending the complaints of AGE B/R like fixing screws to tower bolt/ stoppers Handle Hinges in respect or Easening of Easening of (Steel/wooden /Aluminium) Door/Windows lor any description and size by cleaning adjusting in position and making the same functional incl small repairs if reqd with and incl greasing , oiling , screws/nails for fixing the fittings (Note -The complaint recieved from complaint cell shall have to be attended or same day). (vi) Any Misc items reqd viz. MSeal, screws, washers, nails etc in the work should be deemed incl in the respective items of repair and nothing extra shall be paid on the account. | ||
