| 2 | Decoupling of 5 cusec x 15 meter head discharge pump unit no- I from 50 hp motor and then dismantling the pump from the base frame. Carriage & shifting of dismantled pump on head load to roadside using manual labour and then to workshop by carriage vehicle.
Repair to 5 cusec x 15 meter head discharge split casing pump of pumping unit no-I of Lift irrigation station, Dulmachak - I at workshop by dismantling and extraction of all worn out/damaged parts i.e. pump shaft, impeller, bearings, sleeves, bush, check nuts, nuts & bolts, gland plate, gland studs. Properly cleaning the internal surface of pump casing. Straightening of pump shaft by hydraulic press, re-metalling and brazing pump shaft and turning to bearing size and threading at positions of check nuts. Repairs to impeller by filling cavities, cracks and finishing to original size. Providing and fitting of 2 no s neck rings, 2 no s shaft protection sleeves, 1 no s check nuts, nuts & bolts, fabrication of 2 no s new gland plate with providing and fitting of 2 no s new gland studs on ends of pump. Repair to bearing housing on driving and non-driving end of pumping unit by providing and fitting of bush, turning and fitting of bush to make inner diameter of bearing housing suitable for fitment of bearing. Reassembling all parts of pump with proper greasing of bearings and providing and fitting of gasket sheet between upper and lower part of the pump. Providing and fitting of graphite packing of suitable size on both ends of pump. Shifting of repaired pumping unit on site and fitting of pumping unit on base frame. Properly aligning the pump to the original position. Job includes providing spare 2 kg graphite packing and 2 kg grease at site for routine works.
Job includes dismantling the damaged part of suction line of priming line and then addition and welding of 2.5 inch dia GI pipe 5.5 feet length to the existing suction line of priming pipe end and replacement of old damaged footvalve of 2.5 inch dia . Job also includes welding and filling the various leak points of delivery pipeline of Unit III.
Repairs to 50 HP motor starter of pumping unit no- II by way of extracting the damaged worn out parts. Repair to Tripping system by brazing and finishing required size, Providing and fitting of no voltage coil, overload relay, moving and fixed contact point. Replacement of worn out thimbles nuts-bolts and internal leads duly soldered properly. Providing and filling of starter with 6 litres of fresh transformer oil.
Repair to 250 mm diameter foot valve of pumping unit no I of Dulmachak-I by way of dismantling parts. Cleaning of all internal parts to remove silt and rust. Fabrication of , new leather washer, hinge pin, new nuts & bolts.
Providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of 200 Ampere main switch having HRC fuse system, three pole ( Havells/ L&T/ HPL), by replacing the existing old damaged one on wall of pumping room on wall of pumping room.
Job includes disconnecting the 100 KVA transformer from the HT/LT mains after obtaining the necessary shutdown, dismantling and carrying out filling of 80 litres transformer- grade oil, reconnecting all HT/LT connections, testing and commissioning the transformer.
The job includes the cost of material, labour charges, transportation charges, loading and unloading charges, welding set charges, head load charges and hire charges of tools & tackles required for the job inclusive of all taxes as applicable. Complete Job.
