One piece / member shall not have any joint. The test certificate along with each batch of malasian kapoor wood shall invariably be submitted for the acceptance of the material supplied. The test shall be got done by GSECL Sikka TPS at any time during the contract period and the cost shall be born by the contractor. If the material so supplied is not complying the relevant IS requirement than the said lot shall be summarily be rejected and no payment of any nature shall be made. The payment shall be made on the finished sizes only and in no case the payment towards the sizes as purchased by the contractor shall be made.
