| 1 | Supply, installation, testing, & commissioning outdoor type Power transformer of capacity 3.15 MVA (3150 KVA) step down outdoor floor mounted, strip type Double copper wound 3 phase 50 cycles AC oil immersed ONAN having no load voltage ratio 33/11 KV, (corresponding to principal tapping) winding delta connected to primary side ( HV side) and star connected to secondary side (LV side). In accordance to appropriate vector group with neutral brought out to separate insulated terminal bush for earthing provision and Off-load tap changer (OCTC) with range +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% on HT side to very secondary voltage. The temperature rise shall not exceeding 50 degree C by thermometer in oil and 55 degree Celsius by resistance and transformer conforming to latest edition of IS 2026 all as directed and specified. The Manufacturer Lab must be NABL approved to ascertain genuine product quality. The following fittings and accessories including first fill of transformer oil & Transformer shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with two coats of expoxy paint as per IS -632 necessary mounting on PCC floor mounted type as per manufacturer's recommendations and specifications complete. Transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability PRIME GRADE, CRGO with m4 grade or Better, Perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. Before placing order for procurement of transformer, the contractor shall submit the credentials and transformer shall be procured only after approval from GE in respect of name of manufacturer of transformer as well as manufacturer of core. The limit of termperature rise after continous full load runs as specified in IS/IEC 60076 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the ambient temperature of maximum 50 degree celsius prevailing at site all as specified and directed including having following characteristics complete all as specified and Directed. | 1.00 | Each |

| 3 | Note :- (a) Transformer shall be inspected by inspecting officers nominated by the Accepting Officer at manufacturer's premises and all desired test shall be carried out in accordence to IS: 2026. (b) Armoured control copper conductor cables of required size , length and core for making connections and functioning of all controll devices / panels / accessories shall be provided by firm all as required at site. The cost of the same are deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the Contractor. (c) Routine test as per IS 2026 shall be conducted and test certificate shall be furnished. (d) The erection of the transformer shall be done under the supervision of manufacturers authorized representative. (e) Cost of Foundation and civil works for transformer as per manufacture's recommendation shall be deemed in quoted rates. (f) The design of transformer shall be in accordance to relevant clauses specified in PS . The accessories /devices not mentioned here but necessary to provide as per relevant standard , shall be provided by the firm without any extra cost. | ||
| 4 | Supply and install HT 33 KV 3 Phase 50 cycles totally enclosed metal clad SF6 switch gear having rupturing capacity upto 350 MVA , Over load and earth fault protection, Ammeter, voltmeter and of rating up to 630 Amps along with separate remote control panel for 33 KV outdoor breaker.Class of breaker C1-M2,rated voltage 36 Kv, insulation level(Kvp) 1.2/50 micro second pulse with stand voltage of 170v,maximum permissible switching over voltage 112v, operating mechanism spring charged, No of trip coils- two nos common for 3 pole, each having the capacity to trip all three pole sucessfully, trip coil and closing coil voltage 30 V DC. Theauxillary supply voltage shall be 85% to 110% of the rated 30V in supply for closing coil and the same shall be 70% to 110% for tripping coil. The operating voltage for motor operated spring charged mechanism shall be 400V AC, 3phase, 50Hz or 230V 1-phase,50Hz. the motor shall operate at a voltage of 85% to 110% of the supply voltage all necessary fitting and other accesseries of 33 kv SF6 breaker and control panel will be deemed to be included as per manufacture's specification:- | 1.00 | Each |
