| 1 | To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date mentioned on acceptance letter (subject to condtion 49 of IAFW-2249 includidng errata/amendments) at the rates contained in the MES Standarad Schedule of rates Part-I (Specifications) 2009 and Part-II (Rates) 2020 together with errata/amedments No 1 to 3 for Part-I & amendments No 1 to 122 alongwith section No 30 Runway and Pavement containing item Nos 30001 to 30053, for SSR Part II referred as MES Schedule. Notes :- (i) Tenderers shall insert percentage at the 4th Row and 'F' column of this BOQ sheet. (ii) Tenderers shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) available at the the 4th Row and 'E" column of this sheet to quote the percentage above or below SSR Part-II 2020 rates. (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and the total amount arrieved out in this sheet is approximate and for reference only. Being term contract work shall be ordered and priced at the SSR Part-II (2020) rates and adjusted by the Contractors percentage quoted by the Contractor in terms of condition 4 A of IAFW-2249 forming part of contracts. (iv) It is an express condition of this contract that the amount of total works/services required to be done under this contract may vary to any extant irrespective of the amount mentioned and worked out subject to quoted percentage rate in this BOQ sheet and contractor shall be bound to execute such works/services as ordered during currancy of the contract at the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part II subject to quoted percentage rate mentioned above during contract period.
