| 1 | M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC tiles covered underground open type swimming pool (including areation tower) of it 800000 litre of size (25x12.5x25m) through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC GS/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65 Inoxi-60/ NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY Make Rays Cleantech/ Inus watertech satya enterprise 7 (seven) stages are as under plants complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company ans scrubbing the walls of the tanks (c) Third strage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump (d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5 Inchor-5/NB- 10 a Govt Laboratory certified branded halogen compound. (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to stenize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/inox-60/NB-69 | 1.00 | Each Job |
| 2 | NOTES NO. 1 :- (i) Company will submit Government Laboratory test certificate of Terbac-G5/Inchor-5/NB-10, Terbac-G65/ Inoxii-60/NB-69, before cleaning fixing the sticker mentioning date of cleaning and name of site and also provide certificate confirming completion of sterilization of water tanks mentioning the name of station and date of cleaning all the cleaning. The staff engaging for sterilization must have accidental insurance coverage. (ii) Outlet pipe should be plugged before cleaning to avoid entering scals and the same shall be re-connected after cleaning the tank. (iii) Sterilization team will be comprised of at least 30% members who are minimum 03 months certificate holder in water tanks sterilization (iv) Contractor shall be responsible for rectification if any damage/blockage/broken of float valve, any other parts/components, etc. and no extra payment on this account shall be admissible. NOTES NO. 2:- (i) The work shall be carried through a Specialized Agency namely RAYS CLEANTECH/INUS WATERTECH/SATYA ENTERPRISE. (ii) Required T&P for cleaning, safety measures, scaffolding, etc. are deemed to be included with the quoted rate. | ||
