Providing, placing and fixing 12.5mm Moisture Resistant Gypsum based false ceiling at all height, including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from MS. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30 mm long including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering up-to 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, including fixing & removing Staging /platform / ladder wherever required, collecting & disposing the generated waste & construction waste etc, away from work premises & cleaning the work area etc, complete all as per standard & manufacturer s specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts & height.

Providing & Fixing of Aluminium metal tiles in horizontal level suspended ceiling comprising of Lay-in 6mm to 8mm Perforated metal ceiling consisting of 600x600mm (Nominal Size) Lay-in tiles suitable for architectural finishes in 0.7 mm thickness in wooden finished colour powder coating (ranging from 60-80 microns) with Square Regular edge. The Back side of the tile will have 1mm acoustic Freudenberg fleece to achieve NRC up to 0.7 as per ASTM C-423 and Fire Performance of Class 0/1 as per BS 476 Part 6 & 7 in module size of 600x600mm. The installation will be done on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised@80gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main T . The system should rest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size 15x15X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications including fixing & removing Staging /platform / ladder wherever required, collecting & disposing the generated waste & construction waste etc, away from work premises & cleaning the work area etc, complete all as per standard & manufacturer s specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts & height.
