| 4 | (i) The contractor shall provide the following comprehensive services arising out of wear and tear of the normal running of split /Window AC and the complete tender is to be carried out in two part (I&II) . | ||
| 5 | (ii) PART-I : Preventive and corrective maintenance to be commenced immediately after commencement of work and to be completed within six months. The Authorised service Engineer of certified agencies as approved by GE, shall inspect the equipment for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenence on all the units installed at site . This includes maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and electronics part/sub-assemblies . The preventive maintenence report will be as per the original equipment manufacturer's instruction and based on maintenance report if any parts/sub-assemblies defects found shall be replaced and as specified in particular specification . |
