| 1 | M&L for applying bond coat of epoxy bonding agent & cement in 1:1 ratio for bonding old and new concrete on damaged surfaces after applying anticorrosive paint over cleaned rusted steel surface including demolition old RCC surfaces (chajjas, fins, beams , borders etc and applying 30mm thick polymer modified mortar in CM 1:3 including mixing of polymer latex additives for repair of Chajjas fins, border etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Cleaning of rusted part of steel and applying anticorrosive paint over it. (ii) Qty of ploymer to be used 15% by weight of the cement or as per manufacturer instruction. (iii) Use of electrical mixer to get the homogeneous dough on bond coat surfaces. (iv) To achieve required thickness repeat this step after 24 hrs as required. (v) Keep the surfaces moist using water fog for 5 to 7 days etc complete all as specified and as directed. (vi) Rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding for building of height upto two storey.
