In case the safe bearing capacity of soil is less than 8.75 tone per Sqm. then the contractor shall submit his own design for foundation portion based on actual safe bearing capacity as per DWSS specifications. The difference in quantities from the standard drawing based on 8.75 tone per sqm safe bearing capacity will be paid as per CSR+ Prevailing Ceiling Premium including providing and fixing automatic Electronic Water Level control Device and Construction of Plinth protection around OHSR with masonry toe wall with 40 mm thick CC 1:2:4 on top over 100 mm thick CC 1:8:16 including overflow scour haudi complete in all respects.
