| 1 | Note - Rate quoted above all items inclusive provision as under : Making arrangement for establishment of centralized complaint centre in the existing building as under :- (a) Contractor shall be given user id and password for accessing the online complaint portal and contractor shall at his own expense by himself or his representative feed the data in r/o complaints so generated. (b) Manually registered complaints shall be obtained everyday from MES complaint cell and rectification or otherwise shall be intimated to JE in charge of the cell for updation of manual registers. (c ) Provision and maintenance of all tools, plants, equipment and safely gear required for tradesmen under this contract. (d) Provision of communication and conveyance (as required) facilities to supervisor and tradesmen. (e) Monitoring and management of complaints report from generation to execution of complaint including pending complaints. (f) Updating status of lodged complaints on a daily basis. (g) Basic inputs to be noted from the complainants will be locality, Building No, Qtr No, Name and Rank of complaint and exact nature of complaint and mobile No/ telephone (j) On lodging the complaint, the Complaint No will be assigned for reference . Also system should indicate an approximate time for repairs. Accordingly a corresponding complaint slip shall be generated by the system with all relevant info. Complaint slip should be printed in triplicate and to be handed over immediately to Supervisor who shall detail appropriate tradesmen for repair with required materials/store. One copy of complaint shall be retained in complaint centre and two copies with tradesmen. (k) On both copies of complaint slip, status of the complaint attended shall be endorsed by the complaint/user. One copy to be retained by the complainant and second copy to be with tradesmen for handing over in the complaint centre. Reasons for non attending of complaint etc shall be recorded alongwith estimate of expected time to attend and rectifying the complaint. | ||
| 2 | (l) At the end of each day, summary of complaints shall be prepared and generated indicating No of complaints lodged, attended in time, Reasons for not attending , probable time required for attending the pending complaints etc (m) JE in charge of MES will review the complaints recorded in the system daily and will carry out personal inspection of complaints attended and its status and will take remedial measures in this regard. (n) AGE will visit the complaint cell at least twice a week to check the efficacy of the system and record their remarks accordingly. Space for complaint cell/Office & Store will be Provided by the Department. (o) The tradesmen engaged in the contracts shall be ITI qualified from a govt recognised institute and the contractor is required to get the same approved from Accepting Officer (before applying for their security passes) immediately on acceptance of contract. (p) All tradesmen shall be dressed in a common uniform and quoted rates should be inclusive of that. Tradesmen not wearing uniform shall not be allowed in the gate and any loss on that account shall be attributable solely to the contractor. | ||
