| 1 | M&L for annual maintenance/servicing and repair of standby DG Set of existing make of following capacity i.e KVA maintenance schedule prescribed in repair and maintenance mannual (repair & maintenance should be carried out by the manufacturer's authorised mechanic from the servicing centre) including fixing charges for replacement of parts specified in relevent item here in after complete all as specified and directed. Note: Servicing of DG set to be carried out by engineers of authorised dealer/service centre of kirlosker/greaves/cummins only parts/components for replacement shall be measured and paid for seperately. Checking and servicing/repair and maintenance of (i) Lubricant oil leaking. (ii) Operation of oil filter and repair to lubricant oil leaking and cooling system leaking, radiator air restriction operation of coolant heater, hoses and connection, belt connection and tension. Fan hub drive pully and water pump heat exchanger, cleaning of water separator and cooling system. (iii) Leaking in air intake system,air cleaner restriction piping and connection. (iv) Fuel line and connection, fuel transfer pump, draining out fuel sidement from tank. (v) Leakage in exhaust system and exhaust restriction, drain out condensate trap, torquing to exhaust manifold and turbo charger capscrew. (vi) Battery charging system level up electrolyte and specific gravity, repair and maintenance of safety control and alarm. (vii) Cleaning of engine tighting of all nut bolt washer and unusual vibration. (viii) Air inlet and outlet for restriction and proper connection to electric connection, operation of generator heater strip greasing to all bearing and movable part, measurement and recording winding resistance cleaning up complete generator. (ix) Complete reset switch in automatic lightning of connection, instrumentation. | ||
