| 1 | M&L for complete servicing/ overhauling of DG set comprising of the following works for the capacity 160 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge :- (a) Dismantling all the parts carefully, segregating unserviceable spare parts. (b) Cleaning all sludge/deposits in the oil sump and removed off from the site. (c) Cleaning and replacing the primary, secondary and bi-pass fuel filters. (d) Cleaning and replacing oil filters and air filters. (e) Replacement of all unserviceable spares like hose pipes, fuel indication tubes, battery terminals, fan belts, injector pipe, o ring, CR bearing, etc as required at site. (f) Refixing of all serviceable spare parts. (g) Topping up of coolant. (h) Draining out unserviceable engine oil from engine, refill with new. (i) Testing on competion of work. Notes:- 1. Engine oil , coolant and all new spare parts will be measured and paid separately. Servicing to be done thorugh OEM mechanic only & test report to be produce on completion of work. 2.
