| 1 | A) Material & Labour for taking down carefully unserviceable parts of various items of furniture listed here-in-after without disturbing the adjoining parts and supply and fixing new components in lieu of dismantled components made out of Indian teak wood seasoned (first class hard wood) unless specified below completely including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing, the wooden joints shall be fixed with bamboo pins and nails shall not be used. All joints and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship/ specification, wedging, glueing, providing hinges, placing every part intact the disturbed portion, as applicable as per drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different user units/ Md accns under AoR of GE (CME) Khadki including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (C) Dimension specified in SCH 'A' is for guidance purpose only. Contractor shall refer drawing and Sample available at GE office before quoting the tender, the decision of Accepting officer is final and binding in this regard. | ||
