(3) the contractor shall provide sufficient barricades,caution tape,danger boards etc at work site to avoid any accidents at site. (4) If the contractor fails to start the work within 6 hours on receipt of telephonic intimation. Necessary recovery will be made twice the quoted rates of respective items.
