| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance of addressable fire alarm system (Make : Edward) installed at NAY (K), Pegasus including testing functionality of all components, including testing of smoke detector( using insence stick),heat detector (using hot air blower),beam detector (using obstracle method) , and cleaning of all devices , replacement of defective spares / components, comprising of following all as specified and directed:- (a) Microprocessor based control panel 1 Loop - 01 No. (b) Repeater Panel - 01 No. (c) Smoke detectors - 46 Nos. (d) Fire alarm hooters - 05 Nos. (e) Beam detectors - 06 Nos. (f) Heat and Smok detecters - 08 Nos. (g) Manual call points - 05 Nos. (h) 7 AH Battery - 02 Nos. (i) Isolator - 05 Nos Note for item Nos 1 to 30 (a) Contractor shall employed experienced trained and certified Engineer in Fire Alarm system for supervising and execution of work during the contract period and all certificates should be submitted before the commencement of work. (b) The contractor shall povide minimum sufficient skilled Fire alarm Technicians with helper on daily basis and number of teams to be increased as per requirement & No of complaints. The team will be responsible for regular maint , testing inspections and trouble shooting of the fire alarm systems. (c) The technicians detailed for this work cannot be clubbed with another CA (d) Contractor Shall Maintain all the Documents and Produce to the concerned Engineer in charge as and when required /preparation of RAR (e) Contractor shall give the Demo and training for all duty staffs about the fire alarm System. The unit rate quoted is deemed to be included for the Same (f) Spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items. (g) Contractor shall arrange all T&P ladders, scuffoldings if need up to any height of building for the cleaning and fault rectifying of sensors, any type fire detectors modules and equipments. The unit rate quoted is deemed to be included for the Same (h) Testing of functionality of Fire Alarm System in quarterly or as and when directed by Engr- in-Charge by random check of devices by artificial smoke and other testing measures in any type of building shall be inclded in the quoted rate. (j) Any faults should be attend and and rectified within 24 Hours after recieving comlaints, otherwise penalty of Rs 500/- per day will be penalised for each complaint | 4.00 | Each Job |
