| 1 | Supplying, installing & commissioning of one (01) number Mechanical (Semi-Automatic) Thermoplastic Road Marking Machine conforming to relevant Indian Standards, complete with compatible Truck Mounted Thermoplastic Preheater for execution of thermoplastic road marking works under WBHIDCO Ltd. The machine shall be suitable for continuous field operation for carrying out lane markings, pedestrian crossings, stop lines and other traffic safety markings. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: i. Type of machine : Mechanical (Semi-Automatic) Thermoplastic Road Marking Machine. ii. Construction & body : The machine body and major components shall be fabricated from high quality Stainless Steel (S.S, Grade 304) for durability, corrosion resistance and long service life. iii. Thermoplastic tank capacity : Minimum 100 Kg capacity removable / interchangeable thermoplastic material tank. iv. Glass bead dispensing system : Minimum 10 Kg capacity rotor type positive dispensing glass bead spraying system for uniform reflective bead application. v.
