| 1 | Dis-assembling carefully ceiling fans (any make) of 1200/1400mm, sweep, cutting & removing old copper winding wire and rewinding the same with new super enameled copper wire of suitable size / gauge and providing insulation by varnishing the winding, oiling and greasing, including replacing bearing and gun metal shaft if required including painting the complete fan and reassembling back testing complete:-
Note :-
(i) Cost of bearing shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.
(ii) Working space if required, will be provided to the contractor for carrying out necessary rewinding/repair with in AGE E/M store yard premises.
(iii) If wound fan found unserviceable within six month of rewinding, contractor will repair the same without any extra cost.
(iv) Cost of machining work in body of ceiling fan by taking out worn out bearing, boring hole to accommodate ball bearing is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
(v) Cost of carrying ceiling fan from site to the workshop and refixing of the same after repair is included in this item and all T&P and vehicle cost will be born by the contractor in this regard

| 2 | Dis-assembling of exhaust fan of size above 300mm & upt 450mm size/sweep, AC 230 Volts, 50Hz 900/1400 RPM for repair, removing existing burnt winding wire, bearing/bushes, flexible wire, shaft, check nuts, frame and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable size gauge to produce required output with and including replacement of bushes, bearings shafts, check nuts, bolts and washers, greasing, varnishing and reassembling back including testing complete.
(i) Cost of bushes/bearings/shaft provided shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.
(ii) Working space if required, will be provided to the contractor for carrying out necessary rewinding/repair with in AGE E/M store yard premises.
