| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory assembled, pre engineered, floor mounted, air cooled, screw type, water chiller machine of at least 60 TR nominal capacity at site conditions with semi hermetic compressor with capacity control condenser coils having inner grooved seamless copper tubes designed for ambient conditions at the site of installation and aluminium fins, dynamically balanced direct drive condenser fan motors with automatic stepless capacity control. The chiller package shall comprise of screw compressors, condenser, evaporator, expansion valves, flexible connections, control panel, safety controls and protection devices. Mounted star/delta starter(s) along with necessary drive control devices and copper tubes with elastomeric insulation for valves, flexible connections and necessary piping. All controls including sensors and equipped with a key board/display for monitoring and setting of parameters. System shall be complete with automatic safety controls, flow switch at evaporator and condenser ends and protection and monitoring devices to perform control functions. Microprocessor based control panel comprising digital display and keypad for easy operation. | 2 | Contd/- The chiller shall conform to the following requirements / specifications: (i) Chiller capacity : 60 TR (ii) Evaporator fouling factor : 0.00010 F ft hr / Btu (iii) Condenser fouling factor : 0.00025 F ft hr / Btu (iv) Evaporator water flow rate : 35.5 litre / min (v) Condenser water flow rate : 40.9 litre / min (vi) Minimum COP @ 100% load : 2.8 at AHRI condition (vii) Refrigerant : R407C / R410A NOTES: (i) The chiller shall conform to AHRI 550/590 (I-P) 2020 standard. (ii) The chiller shall operate on 415 V 10%, 50 Hz AC electric supply with built-in microprocessor based control panel. (iii) Necessary communication ports shall be provided for BMS compatibility and shall have RS485 / RS232 serial communication protocol. (iv) Machine shall be provided with star/delta starter(s) including coupling and system integrator capable of giving industry standard Modbus / BACnet output to BMS for critical parameters. (v) The chiller shall have minimum five years warranty after completeion of work. (vi) Self priming single stage centrifugal monoblock pump (chilled water circulation pump) suitable for 7 9 litres per second flow and head of 16 20 m with motor, impeller, carbon steel pump shaft, gland packed sealing, deep groove ball bearings etc.With TEFC squirrel cage induction motor conforming to IS 12615: 2018 suitable for 415 V 10%, 50 Hz AC electric supply. Pump shall be provided with coupling guard, vibration isolation arrangement with spring/rubber mounting and insulation with aluminium foil facing and reinforced glass scrim along with adhesives and accessories complete. (vii) Necessary civil work viz foundation for placement of chiller and pump as per OEM recommendation shall be deemed included in the scope of work. |
