Note : (i) Unit rates is deemed to be inclusive of taking down unserviceable defective parts/accessories and replacement with new one; including fixing of spare parts as and when required including welding/soldering etc for smooth and efficient functioning of the system; changing of lubricating oil (Castor-30) of 4 nos vaccum pump once in a year. (ii) New spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.
