| 2 | Alternator : PMG Alternator of rating 100 KVA/80 kW, 415 volt AC 3 phase 4 wire system on 50 Hz frequency and speed 1500 RPM at power factor 0.8 (Lag) having class "H" insulation for both rotor and stator with IP23 screen protected, drip proof and conforms to BS 5000, IS 4722 and IEC 34 standards and brushless, self excited, self regulated excitation and suitable for a permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hrs test run, 1% voltage regulation and all as per the recommendations of the manufacturer and alll as specified and as directed .
DG Engine control panel : Supply, install, test and commissioning of electronic DG control panel mounted inside the acoustic enclosure of DG sets equipped with standard safety features like LLOP, HWT and emergency stop button including with following features :
(a) 320x240 pixels graphic LED backlight LCD (b) Multiple language support (c) Amp Sentry TM protection - for true alternator overcurrent protection (d) Digital power Transfer Control (AMF) provides load transfer operation in open transition, closed transition, or soft (ramping) transfer modes (e) Extended paralleling (Peak Shave/Base load) regulates the genset real and reactive power output while paralleled to the utility. | 3 | Accoustic Enclosure : Specifically designed to meet stringent MoEF/CPCB norms of 75 dBA@1mtr at 75% load under free field condition. The accoustic enclosure is made of CRCS sheet in munsel green shade and a structural/sheet metal base frame painted in black. The hot chamber of the canopy shall be properly insulated by mineral wool and aluminium foil to prevent excess heat radiation.
Base Frame : The Diesel engine and alternator shall be perfectly aligned and assembled dynamically balanced on a sturdy, fabricated, welded construction, channel iron base frame. Base frame shall have lifting provisions and predrilled holes suitable for grouted foundation. Flooring/ foundation should be RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and firm & level.
AMF Panel :- abricated sheet cubicle type powder coated with front hinged doors, dust and vermin proof, totally enclosed for indoor type including MFM, LED indication lamps, selector switches, controller, auto/manual switch, contactors of suitable rating as per OEM, internal wiring with suitable size, relays, CTs of suitable rating, copper bus bar with 4pole contactors 160 Amps -03 Nos for Incoming supply of DG supply, Main supply and for outgoing supply to load from AMF panel with controlling the MCCB 4pole 415 Volts 160 Amps suitable for 100 KVA DG set complete all as recommended by OEM.
BYPASS PANEL : Bypass arrangement by providing separate outdoor panel made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, outdoor type with connecting copper bus bar of suitable size from change over and set of 3 Nos indication lamp for R, Y and B and 2 Nos of 4 pole on load change over switch front handle operated of capacity 160 Amp is to be installed in bypass panel complete all as specified and directed. | | |
