| 1 | To perform Term contract services and execute such works upon the items and condition contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule of Rate 2009 Part I (Specifications) together with amendments No 1 to 3 and 2020 Part-II (Rates), together with amendments Nos 1 to 122 for Part II (2020) and General conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249) together with errata 1 to 20 and amendment No 1 to 49 forming part of tender documents at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES schedule during the period of one year from the date of acceptance of tender.
