Corners of the windows should be joined with corner brackets made of polyvinylchloride with crca of zinc phosphate coat.Each glazed shutter and fly mesh shutter shall be provided with SS Pivot Hinges 2 in each, PolyVinylChloride handle 1 in each and Powder coated Peg stay in Glass shutter.Window shall be provided with Powder coated MS Grill/Guard Bars made of 10mm MS Sq Bar welded to 6 x 12mm MS Flat with countersunk holes at both vertical ends . Gap between the bars should not be more than 150mm . Window frames shall be fixed to brick / concrete masonry by using nylon self expension caps & 75/100 mm MS screws after drilling in walls.
