The panel shall include DMC/SMC supports for Aluminum busbars, aluminum gland plates, stainless steel hardware, segregated functional compartments, ventilation louvers with filters, and galvanized internal structural supports, complete as per relevant IS/IEC standards.
The panel shall be equipped with the following:
Incomer: -
one 4000A ACB (LSIG, EDO type) with Icu/Ics = 100%, 50 kA as incomer;
Outgoing: -
one 2000A ACB (LSIG) microprocessor-based with Icu/Ics = 100%;
one 1250A ACB (LSIG) microprocessor type;
one 400A adjustable MCCB;
six 250A adjustable MCCBs; and five spare 2-pole breakers.
The panel shall include 4500A rated copper busbars, all interconnections and accessories, and complete testing and commissioning.

| 2 | LT Panel-2 Sub-main Feeder Pillar (external) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of an outdoor-type Main Feeder Pillar, fabricated from 1.6 mm CRCA sheet steel with epoxy-polyester powder coating, IP65 protection, and equipped with copper busbars, required MCCB/MCB/ACB protections as per the single-line diagram. The feeder pillar shall provide overload, short-circuit and earth-fault protection and shall include all associated works such as foundation, earthing, cabling, termination, site restoration and testing in accordance with IEC standards.
The feeder pillar shall be fitted with the following equipment:
Incomer: -
one 1000A ACB (LSIG) microprocessor-based with Icu/Ics = 100%;
Outgoing: -
ten 100A 4-pole adjustable MCCBs;
two 63A double-pole MCBs; and
two 32A double-pole MCBs,
