(b) In addition, Contractor shall make arrangements to check the specific gravity of Glycol at site in the presence of Engr-in-Charge for each lot of supply. (c) Necessary documents shall be maintained for the above tests duly signed by Contractor and Engr-in-Charge. (d) The water for preparation of mixture will be supplied by MES without any extra charges for this item. (e) Any other additives and inhibitors as per the requirement laid down in relevant IS shall also deemed to included in quoted rates. | 2 | Labour only along with T&P for attending of complaint for day to day / daily complaints by employed skilled staff, checking the serviceability of fan coil unit of any capacity for having continuous serviceability of FCU for any number of time as desired by Engr-in-Charge including replacement of minor spare parts like Gasket, Teflon tape, flare nut, tightening of any loose glycol line connections, shifting FCU from one place to another place if required, heating up the freezed glycol line any where about the premices to have continuous flow of glycol fluid, repairing the insulation of pipe line of any size by providing shallow tape / GI wire as deemed fit, for fastening the insulation with pipe line, stopping any kind of leakage from any size of pipe line, tightening the loose electrical connections as related with FCU / Heating system, cleaning the air filter including radiator of FCU to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in- Charge complete all as directed at site. Note :- (i) Attending any number of complaints of same unit relating to FCU of different nature will be considered as one job. (ii) Replacement of major items shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of schedule 'A'. (iii) Any nature of complaint related with FCUs, radiators, bursting/cracking/leakage of MS pipe lines, replacement of valves etc. will be completed round the clock by suitable trademen, Welder with suitable T & P including portable heating materials-01 No, Skilled Mechanic of CHS - 01 No, Plumber/Fitter with helper - 01 No and Supervisor - 01 No as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (iv) Job slip will be maintained by the Contractor Supervisor under supervision of concerned JE E/M and suitable communication shall be maintained through JE incharge round the clock. (v) On not attending complaint within 48 Hours (2 days), a recovery of Rs 2000.00 will be effected. | 3 | Dismantling of burner assembly of CHS and removing side cover and repairing the same by removing the old burnt fire refractory cement plastering, replastering the same as per existing with fire refractory cement for boiler capacity 3-4 lakh kilo/cal/hr and complete servicing the boiler by removing the complete carbon/oil deposits with suitable coil shine chemical including repair to coil assembly by means of welding and packing the burner sides with asbestos/rope to avoid leakage of burn gases or any other repair required at site and reassembling/ testing the same, complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
