| 1 | Supply, install, testing and commissioning of outdoor type silent (acoustic) enclosure factory assembled diesel driven generating set with latest norms of CPCB IV+ with cold starting capability to work under -30 degree celcius to +30 degree celcius, with fully wired alternator AC for ambient conditions for 82.5 KVA continuous rating at 415 volts adjustable at 2.5% AC 3 phase, 0.8 power factor, 4 wire, 50 Hz 1 %, 1500 rpm directly coupled with suiitable capacity diesel engine liquid coolent based mounted on common base frame placed on & including PCC platform with Fuel Tank of adequate capacity with fuel lines, anti vibration pads, standard control & Auto Main Failure (AMF) panels and other accessories etc complete all as specified & directed consisting of following;-
(A) Prime Mover (Diesel Engine) : Adequate capacity diesel engine of standard design consisting of direct injection type, four stroke, liquid cooled technology conforming to BS 5514 and IS 10000 suitable for prime duty generating set of minimum 105 BHP @ 1500 RPM with multi cylinders to drive independently alternator and considering derating as per site condition after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories, directly coupled through coupling having overload capacity of 10% for one hour in every 12 Hrs continuous running mounted on base frame with following sailent features and standard accessories for safe handling & operation of engine as under:-
(a) The gen set should have capacity to run continously in variable load condition for unlimited hours and should also have a 110% load capacity of 01 hour in every 12 hours of operation.

| 2 | (b) Air System - Inlet & Exhaust comprising (i) Dry-type paper element air Cleaner (ii) Restriction Indicator / Vacuum Indicator (iii) Intake Manifold (iv) Exhaust Manifold (v) Silencer muffler and (vi) Stainless steel Exhaust Flexible coupling (vii) Exhaust After-treatment: Engines like Diesel Oxidation Catalysts (DOC), Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF), and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) that use Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) to near-zero tailpipe emissions.
(c) Cooling System comprising (i) Radiator to suit ambient conditions (ii) Cooling system piping (iii) Thermostat (iv) Pressure cap (v) Coolant Inhibitor and (vi) Engine Driven Fan.
(B) ALTERNATOR :- Self excited, self regulated screen protected drip proof type with IP-23, Class 'H' Insulation Salient pole revolving field and electronic Automatic Voltage Regulator for voltage regulation of 1% from No load to full load, 82.5 KVA, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 V, 0.8 PF, 1500RPM, 50Hz. continous rating capacity etc standard enclosure complete as per IS-13364-2 and conf to IS-4722 or IEC60034-1 all as required or recommended by manufactrurer. | | |
| 3 | (C) BASE FRAME : Made of ISMC fabricated and welded construction channel duly painted for mounting Engine and Alternator all as per manufacturer's design along with specially designed in built vibration pads.
(D) LT Control & AMF Panel:- AMF panel board made out of CRCA sheet 2mm thick totally enclosed IP-55 weather dust and vermin proof with front opening, 440 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz having copper bus bar of suitable capacity for three phases and neutral duly colour coated with coloured heat shrinkable PVC sheelves, Multifunctional digital display DG set controler for electrical parameters, manual Start/Stop facility, Two Nos Electrically operated contactor 4 pole of suitable capacity for DG set and main supply, complete all as specified, with on/off controller indicator, Phase Indicators, engine start push button, engine stop push button and fault accept / reset push button including battery charger comprising transformer, rectifier, resistance, suitable capacity AC volt meter AC Ammeter, frequency meter and charge rate selector switch, suitable MCCB for short circuit & overload protection including all accessories prewired with suitable size copper conductor cable or strip all as required or recommended by manufacturer. | | |
| 4 | (E) Acoustic Enclosure (CANOPY) :- Shall conform to Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) norms of 75 dBA at one metre under free field conditions, having air inlet louvers specially designed to operate at rated load even at ambient conditions on air inlet temperature,powder coated for long lasting service life and superior finish with UV resistant powder coating to with stand extreme environments, designed to have minimum ease for unloading & shifting , i.e with central lifting facility, rust free hardware made of stainless steel, Insulation material to meet IS:8183 specifications.
(F) Foundation:-PCC platform of size and type as specified in PS for mounting of DG Set.
(G) POL for testing and first fill of engine oil as required for commissioning.
(H) Diesels Gensets against manufacturing defect for period of 2 years from the date of dispatch or 5000 operating hours whichever is earlier | | |
