Note: 1. The Alternator shall be suitably de-rating factor for operation at high altitude (above 3,500 meters AMSL), ( delivery laocation- Leh, Ladakh) considering reduced air density and cooling efficiency as per IS: 13364(Part-2)
2. Adquate capacity of Diesel engine as accepted by the Accepting Officer based on manufacturers technical details liquid cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditons.
(A) DIESEL ENGINE : 6 cylinders, water cooled, turbo charged,1500 RPM under NTP conditions conforming to IS -4722, BS-5000, IEC-34/1, ISO 8528, BS-5514, ISO-3046 with an overload capacity of 10% for 12 Hrs of continuous operation with the following accessorie complete in all respect as specified Make: Kirloskar/ Ashok Leyland/Greaves Cotton/Cummins .

(B) ALTRERNATOR : 140 KVA at 0.8 PF lagging, 415 volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz at 1500 RPM self excited and self regulated with AVR brushless excitation band of voltage 1% of rated voltage from no load to full load insulation class H, self ventilated and conforming to IS4722, BS5000, IEC 34/1, IS0 8528, BS5514, I503046, suitable for above mentioned diesel engine complete all as specified and directed.(C) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Factory made acoustic enclosure (canopy) having size as per OEM

(i) Set of 300Amps electrolytic copper bus bar for phase and neutral mounted over the hygroscopic PVC insulator.
(ii) MCCB ,200 A, 4 Pole microprocessor based adjustable magnetic and thermal release setting 70% to 100% rupturing capacity 25 KA, 415 volt, 50 Hz with over load and short circuit protections as approved make 01 No.
(iii) Set of phase indicating lamps showing DG 'ON' and load 'ON' Cont to 1.03

| 5 | Automatic Main Failure (AMF) control panel:- Outdoor type, factory fabricated cubical type, free standing, floor mounted, AMF control panel, provided with removable rear door & hinged front door for easy accessibility, fabricated out of not less than 2.0 mm thick CRCA Sheet powder coated CPRI approved comprising of :-
(i) AMF control circuit with 4 pole, MCCB 200 Amps-02Nos, micro process based with thermal and magnetic release setting 70% to 100% rupturing capacity 25 KA make Siemens or Legrand two Nos. each one for commercial and DG set incoming supply with HRC back up fuse complete with all DC control relays/line voltage monitor (LVM) as per OEM specifications incorporating engine start and stop complete as specified and directed.
