The Acceptance of contractor's offer shall be done for quoted percentage rates on MES Standard Schedule of Rates. The work orders for various works/services shall be placed for amount worked out / priced on the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-II duly adjusted by percentage rate quoted by contractor but cumulative amount of all the work orders including quoted percentage, contract as a whole shall not be exceeded Rs 2000000.00 (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only). | ||
