Std quality Cam lock connector/dowels fastenning /universal angle/PVC corner shall be used in fabrication body/structure of item. PVC edging 2 mm thick shall be used to exposed surfaces parts except sides of drawer and 0.8 mm thick shall be provided on sides of drawer with edge bander machine as directed by Engr-in-Charge .Rest all All wooden surfaces / wood based materials shall be melamine polished with high class finish. | 3 | Chair dining offrs as per drg this FD/MAP-II/04 but specification having as under: Timber shall be first class teakwood , seasoned free from knots & cracks with moisture content permissible limit as per IS-281-1973. Seat shall be made out of 75mm thick PU foam 40 density (Make-Sleepwell/Godrej/Komfort) pasted with adhesive on 12mm thick BWR grade plywood covered with fabric/tapestry of cost not less than Rs. 650/-RM.
