| 1 | Dewatering of soak well , septic tanks by using mechanical pump diesel driven with fuel operator and crew of water etc at site all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.Note for item no-01 to 06 1.The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanized operation by means of diesel / electric operated vehicle mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction -cum -jetting machines fitted with pump of required capacity and the sludge sucked out with Super Succer Machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site land at any distance and without any additional cost. 2. The sludge deposited in sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MOD land at any distance and without any additional cost , on the same day when it was taken out.The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision . 3. During the mechaized operation , the service provider /Contractor shall be equiped with Gas monitor , nylon rope ladder , torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction / jetting machine . 4. The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall interalia deemed into the cost of providing skilled driver and operator and supervising engineer including provision of water for jetting & removal of sludge /silt /liquid /mud & sand (in foul position )etc. 5. The contractor shall engage the above mentioned T & P and intimate to Enginner - In -Charge in writing with Machine No./ Vehicle No. etc for their record and prior approval . 6. A Register shall be maintained showing the Machine No /Vehicle No. and their deployment at site mentioning time and date duly sighned by concern JE , Engr -in- charge and contractor and the same register shall be produced while claiming the payment by the tenderer . | 500.00 | Cum |
