| 3 | All equipment supplied, installed and workmanship of the work done shall be covered under Warranty for 5 years from the date of completion of the work. The defects, if any, noticed during the defect liability period shall be rectified with no extra cost , failing which the successful bidder shall be liable for action by the Authority/Client Department/ UPPCL. The Warranty against Manufacturing defects against 5 years for LEDs, projection systems, audio-visual equipment, and all related accessories, as well as regular cleaning, calibration, and replacement of defective parts. The O&M scope shall also cover the design, development, and maintenance of the entire Proejction System. Regular software updates, bug fixes, database management, and UI/UX improvements will be carried out to ensure smooth functionality and compatibility with the latest OS platforms.
