Architectural Design & Building Services Design : The consultant must prepare and submit comprehensive architectural drawings (Elevations and sectional details) & Building Services Design , Design for vertical extension of boundary wall, 02 entry gates (main & secondary) of 02 guard rooms as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 2. 3D Views: The scope also requires 3D view drawings of the Entry gates, Guard rooms, Boundary wall elevation to provide a clear visual representation of the final design. Deliverables and Responsibilities 1. Drawings: The consultant is required to provide a minimum of four sets of all final approved drawings in hard copy and two sets of soft copies in a pen drive, all free of charge. 2. Additional Copies: The consultant must provide any additional hard copies of the drawings requested by the client or employer without any extra cost. 3. Modifications: The consultant is responsible for making all necessary modifications and corrections to the designs as and when requested by the department. 4. Project Duration: The consultant's association is expected to last until the project is complete. 5. Vetting: The firm is responsible for vetting all structural drawings by IIT/NIT/Govt. Engineer College, ensuring no additional payment is made to the contractor for this task. Preparation of Detailed estimate, BOQ 1. Detailed Estimate & BOQ Preparation The consultant must prepare a detailed estimate to calculate the project's total cost accurately. This involves a precise quantity take-off from architectural and structural drawings. The costing will be based on the latest CPWD DSR, with a detailed rate analysis for items not covered by the DSR, using current market rates. Subsequently, BOQ will be prepared in the standard CPWD format, listing all work items, units, and quantities.(04 no Soft and Hard copies) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. | 1.00 | job |
