| 1 | Cooling Tower SITC of FRP INDUCED DRAFT COOLING TOWERS for air conditioning system. Each tower shall be complete with basin, casing, distribution system, filling, louvers,HDG supporters, SS nut bolts, GI / aluminium ladder, fan and motor including modification of PCC / RCC foundation as required. Efficiency of Motor (class IE3) as per IS 12615. Motor shall be suitable for 415 10% volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase power supply, Isolator panel with MCCB and emergency poweroff push button (EPO) at cooling tower and earthing, shall also be included. Tower for airconditioning system shall be selected on the basis of ambient wet bulb 25.56 deg C. The cooling tower shall be CTI certified. The cooling tower shall be IP 55 and VFD / VSD controled. Cooling tower suitable for minimum 330 TR Screw chillers having flow rate of 865.43 USGPM, inlet temperature of 35 deg C and outlet temperature of 30 deg C having heat rejection capacity minimum 20 % extra against 330 TR chiller. (Colour of cooling tower shall be as per AAI approval.) | 2 | Condenser Pump variable Speed Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CENTRIFUGAL END-SUCTION PUMP water pump sets factory mounted on a common base with anti-vibration pads, with electric motor for recirculation of water for the central air-conditioning system. All pumps shall be aligned. The pump motor TEFC (IE3) or better shall be suitable for 415 10% V, 50 cycles, 3 phase power supply and Class F insulation. Minimum pump efficiency shall be 90%.
