| 1 | Excavation in soil in, hilly areas, in all heights and depths, in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damages to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge in conformity with the requirement of MoRT&H technical specification 300 to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites safe manner and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load and animal transport and mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, tools, equipment s and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. During the mobilization period, contractor should take the advanced x-sec in 15 m (fifteen metre) interval of whole road length in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his representative. In case the advanced x-section has been taken in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge representative, in that case the same has to be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge. The land for dumping sites shall be arranged by the contractors himself and nothing extra shall be paid on this account, filling of unevenness blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for smooth riding. The recovery for stones, whether useful or 1089.06 (one hundred eighty nine point zero six) cubic metre at the rate of Rs 350/-only (Rupees three hundred fifty only) per cubic meter amounting to Rs. 3,81,171.00 only shall be effected on prorata basis in all circumstances. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST. | 10052.88 | Per Cubic

| 4 | Providing pulverizing, spreading, milling, and mixing of chemical additive at the appropriate rate as per job mix design in accordance IRC:SP-72-2015, IRC:37-2018 & IRC : SP-89 (Part-II) 2018. Cementitious additive @ rate of 5% (five percentege) of mix and 850 to 1000 ml/cum (eight hundred fifty to one thousand mili litre per cubic meter) soil stabilizer additives (Organosilane Nanotechnology and Nano acrylic copolymer each) should be Mixed in RMC (Required Moistur Content, OMC-NMC) water and cement spred on the reclaimed existing pavement material using a mobile truck-mounted container/cement spreader with microprocessor-controlled weighing and spreading system. The Cement spreader shall have variable working width sufficient to cover width of pavement lane. The in-situ stabilization process shall be carried out by a mobile and self-propelled stabilizer/reclaimer of working width of 2.4 m (two point four meter) and with minimum engine horsepower 440 KW (four hundred forty kilowatt) with a variable working depth up to 50 cm (fifty Centimeter). The resultant stabilized mix then would be profiled to the required grade, level, and thickness using motor grader and properly compacted using 20 (twenty) -tonne padfoot roller in combination with smooth wheel roller to achieve desired density as per IRC:37-2012 & 2018 and complete in all respects including curing with water as required including all materials, labour, and machinery etc. The entire in-situ process would be carried out in single pass required including pulverizing of damaged asphalt pavement/soil/aggregate/soil-aggregate mixture to the desired depth and with simultaneous addition of additives and water with machine-integrated spray bars fitted on the wheeled self-propelled vibratory padfoot roller to achieve the desired proctor density in all respects. The tandem roller should be followed by pneumatic tyre roller. The unconfined compressive strength (UCS) of stabilized sub-base/base should be 4.5 to 7 MPa (four point five to seven mega pascal) between 7/28( seven to twenty eight) days of curing as per IRC:SP-72-2015, IRC:37-2012 & 2018 (also stabilized aspects of wet cycles of stabilized sub-base should be satisfied as per IRC:37-2012 & IRC SP-89 (Part-II) 2018. The gradation mixes and materials should be as per IRC:37-2012 & 2018 and IRC SP-89 (Part-II) 2018.
