The machine/JCB should work minimum 7.00 hours from 9.00A.M to 5.00 P.M. daily and remove at least 25.00 cum. Quantity of slips per hour. Any loss to the public/private property of any accident etc. happened during the course of hiring period execution shall be absolute responsibility of the JCB/excavator owner which shall have to be fully compensated by him in all cases the fuel and operational staff for excavator will be provided by the owner, the repair and spare watch and ward of excavator also be borne by the contractor/owner.
