Note :- (I) Only experienced 01 Nos plumber shall be used to attend day to day complaints for above mentioned complaint shall be issued under respective item. (II) Contractor or his representative shall collect the complaints at 0830 hrs from complaint cell of AGE B/R-II and the complaints shall be attended/make good/rectified within 24 hrs on receipt of the complaints and info the status of the complaint at 1700 hrs every day to complaint cell.
