| 1 | To attend and rectify sewage complaint such as blockage of chocked bathroom / WC / kitchen block / WHB drainage / chamber and also tightening of loose rain water pipe and outlet PVC pipe and making functional open drainage main hole sewage line etc complete all as specified and directed and directed any type any time between 9AM to 6PM including holiday all as specified and directed. Note : (1) Only experienced 04 Nos sewage cleaners should be used to attend day to day complaints for above mentioned complaint shall be issued under respective item. (2) Contractor or his representative collect the complaints at 0900hrs from complaint cell of AGE B/R-I and the complaints will be attended / make good/rectified within 24hrs on receipt of the complaints and info the status of the complaint at 1700hrs every day to complaint cell.
