1M&L for attending and rectifying all types of external electrical complaints by deploying Electricians and Helpers, including disconnection of jumpers, replacement of blown fuses, rectification of broken conductors, and attending any other faults in HT/LT distribution systems in AGE B/R-II area and other areas as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: (i) The contractor shall be responsible for the safety, security, and upkeep of the installation and deployed manpower in accordance with MES standards. (ii) All tools and plants required for execution of work, such as pliers, screwdrivers, testers, test lamps, clamp meters, bamboo ladders, etc., as per site requirement, shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost. (iii) Each job shall consist of a minimum of 05 complaints. (iv) The Electrician deployed by the contractor shall be adequately skilled and experienced in rectification of faults pertaining to HT/LT lines (11 KV / 415 V / 230 V), VCBs, 11 KV GO/DO switches and fuses mounted on two/four pole structures, and LT connections from pole to main DB. (v) All minor consumable parts/materials required for rectification works, such as rewirable fuses, DO fuses, etc., shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (vi) Complaints shall be attended round the clock, as and when directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, without refusal or delay. (vii) In case of failure to attend complaints within 04 hours, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, or in the event of non-availability of manpower, refusal to attend complaints, or unsatisfactory performance, a penalty of Rs. 1500/- per complaint per day shall be recovered from the contractor s dues. Repeated negligence, delay, or failure in performance may also render the contract liable for termination, as decided by the Accepting Officer/Engineer-in-Charge.415.00Each Job
2Dismantling & taking out LT burnt cable ends of any size from transformer/LT panel/LT feeder pillar/ street light pole box/trenches any type/size, for repair/making suitable for reconnection to cable, providing lugs to burnt end of cables, preparing fresh terminals and reconnection, fixing the removed portion of cable with transformer/in trenches/along pole/ panel/feeder pillar box, including excavation of loop & refilling complete using old bricks and sand returning filling the excavated soil complete all as specified and directed. 250.00Each Job
3M&L for dismanteling of old damaged /cracked PCC coping and prepare the new coping for steel/PCC pole using PCC 1:3:6 type D-2 with 20 mm graded stone aggregate making collar above ground level on existing foundation of pole size 450x450x300 mm high and plastering with1:4 cement sand mixter for smooth look incl curing to achieve the strength and breaking/removing existing old damaged coping complete all as specified and directed .55.00Each Job
4M&L for repair to earth pit including necessary excavation, earthwork, and PCC work for making good damaged/disturbed surfaces of earth pit chamber, and providing new RCC cover of size as required, made of RCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8 mm dia bars at 150 mm centre-to-centre both ways, including provision of lifting handles, supply and fixing of wire mesh and funnel, and reconnecting earth wire/earth strip with panel/transformer using GI nuts, bolts, and washers, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.35.00Each Job
5Checking and identifying defect/faulty pointsin LT/HT cables by using cable fault locator machine or by manual excavation, including excavation along the cable route, taking out bricks from cable trenches up to the fault location, and re-laying the cable after rectification of defect/fault, using flyash bricks and sand, including returning, filling, and making good disturbed surfaces complete, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, for the following length of cable:- (a) 0 -200 m Note : Cable fault locator machine with all T&P required for identifying the faulty point will be arrange by contractor and the cost is included in unit rate for finding of fault using machine or by manualy.22.00Each Job
