| 1 | Attending to no light any type complaints and carrying out electrical break down electric complaints such as faulty cable of defective items like service cables, MCB's, MCCB's, upto DB's, digging work etc. through skilled trademen at any location complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Contractor or his representative will report daily to the AGE E/M-III MCTE MHOW to collect the complaints any time round the clock by teliphonically or any sources by official staffnin the various locations of AOR of AGE E/M-III MHOW. (ii) Each complaint shall be attended/ check on same day and be resolve within 01 Hrs otherwise @ Rs 500/ per complaint to be recovered from quoted rate. (iii) Multiple job cards or multiple complaints on one job card may be issued at any time based on the complaints available daily. Contractor will ensure sufficient manpower to resolve the issues with in time line given above. (v) Rates quoted for this item is includes manpower/ labour reqired for collection for complaints from office, reporting labour/ engineer on site, reporting feedback to the authority and transportation reqired for the same. Cost of T&P reqired for execution of work shall also deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iv) Contractor or his representative will submit daily report on the status of complaint resolved and pending with reason. (vi) Cost of miner parts/ material i.e screw, nails, washers, saddle, fuse, minor requirement of 2/3 core wire, insulation tap, different type of Lugs etc required to making the article serviceable/ working at site shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. | 50.00 | Each Job |
