It Is Proposed To Provide A Deluxe Pay And Use Toilet (normal Public Toilet) On "renovate, Operate, Maintain & Transfer (romt)" Basis At Iind Class Waiting Hall At Platform No. 01 Of Hajipur Railway Station (nsg-3) For A Period Of Ten (10) Years. Under The Proposed Arrangement, The Successful Firm/agency Shall Be Responsible For Renovation/ Upgradationof The Existing Facility, Wherever Required, At Its Own Cost, And Shall Thereafter Operate And Maintain The Toilet Facility Throughout The Contract Perioid On A "pay & Use" Basis. The Firm/agency Shall Ensure That The Facility Is Maintained In A Clean, Hygienic, Functional And Passenger-freindly Condition At All Times, With Proper Provision Of Essential Amenities And Regular Cleaning And Maintenance. Upon Completion/expiry Of The Contract Period, The Facility Shall Be Transfered Back To The Railway In A Proper And Serviceable Condition, As Per The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract. |
