| 1 | M&L for Checking, Inspection, maintanance and servicing complete including replacement of unserviceable spare parts of the DG set (comprising of Engine/ Alternator/ Control panel) of the following capacity for smoth functioning complete all as per manufacturers instructions and all as directed by Engr- in- Charge :- (a) Checking of all the nut bolts of engine and alternator (b) Checking of all belts and adjust the tension properly (c) Cleaning of air filters (d) Checking and readjusting the valve clearance (e) Change of Oil/Fuel filters and engine oil if necessary (f) checking the function of AVR genaral checks (g) Checking of control panel meters and gadgets function NOTE: (1) Cost of Spare parts required will be paid and measured separately (2) Servicing/routine check up carried out through authorised service centre of manufacturer (3) Make of spare recommendation by auth service centre of manufacturer. 4. 'B' checl will be carried out after every 250 runnign Hrs of of DG set or as and when required or directed by Engr-in-charhge 5. Contractor has to depute DG mechanic/technician as and when servicing of DG sets is due and as and when any DG set become unserviceable within 48 Hrs or as directed by Engr-in-charge . In case of failure a recovery of 5000 will be charged for non addressing the complaint of DG set within the given time | ||
