| 2 | Providing, designing (hydraulic & structural), supplying, installation, testing, and commissioning of a factory-fabricated following capacity Modular Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) based on Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology (as per process flow diagram attached in the estimate) on turnkey basis including six (6) month test & trial, including structural steel fabrication, RCC foundation works, internal piping network, interconnecting pipelines, valves, gates, fittings, drains, walkways/pathways, handrails, access platforms, and all associated civil, electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation works required for complete functionality.
Primary Treatment Units shall comprise Coarse Screen/Bar and fine Screen chamber, oil grease trap, sewage transfer pumps, sludge transfer pumps, Grit washing arrangement with lifting arrangement of washed grit, raw sewage holding tank , vortex grit chamer and distribution box etc.
Secondary (Biological) Treatment Units shall consist of two numbers Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) basins complete with fine bubble diffused aeration system, air blowers, recycling of activated sludge, sludge holdiing tanks, Hypo dosing system, clear water tank, filter feed pumps, automatic decanter mechanism, PLC-based control panel with level sensors, and complete cycle automation.
Tertiary and Sludge Management Units shall include Disc Filter for tertiary filtration followedby the ACF (activated carbon filtrartion), solar + DG heate, Chlorine Contact Tank with gaseous dosing system for disinfection including 5 cylinders of gaseous chlorination, 100 kg each, Online Continuous Effluent Monitoring System (OCEMS) at final outlet for all parameter, Final Effluent discharge arrangement, and sludge handling system comprising sludge feed pump, Screw Press (sludge dewatering unit), sump pump, reactor controllar, effluent tank, chlorine contact tank , sewage collection tank and Solar Sludge Drying Platform with filtrate return arrangement, complete with all required electrical connections, pumps, panels, control wiring, earthing, lighting, hydraulic interconnections, and mechanical fittings, beautification of plant, all designed in accordance with the latest CPHEEO Manual and relevant IS codes including IS 800, IS 456, IS 3370, and IS 1477, suitable for installation within the identified land space. The STP is designed to achieve CPCB/HPPCB/CPHEEO discharge standards (BOD < 10 mg/L, COD< 50mg/l, TSS < 20 mg/L, Total Nitrogen < 10 mg/L, phosphate < 5mg/l, PO < 2 mg/L, and Fecal Coliform < 100 MPN/100 ml). All work shall be carried out in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. | | |
