There shall be no measurement after actual scarifying / dismantling and if material after dismantling is found on lesser side, no claim of agency on this score will be entertained and full recovery on the basis of qouted rate and quantity exhibited in the BOQ shall be made. The reverse rates are minimum rates to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by the agency.
