| 5 | Note: 1. The broad specifications of the self-propelled vacuum based road sweeping machine has been mentioned on page no. 166. The bidder has to deploy machines covering all specifications as mentioned. 2. The daily milage to be covered by mechanical road sweeping machine shall be 80 Kms. Agency has to deploy adequate number of road sweeping machines to cover the length of roads. Failure to cover the milage of 80 Kms shall attract penalty as per penalty clauses. 3. Any challan on account of non-cleaning of roads by MCD, NGT, CPCB shall be borne by the agency. 4. The L-1 bidder shall be required to produce the self-propelled mechanical road vacuum-based sweeping machine along with ownership document or MoU with owner ,for technical inspection by the Engineer-in-Charge within 10 days from the date of issue of award letter at DDA Office Complex, Munim Ji Ka Bagh, in order to verify compliance with the technical specifications stipulated in the NIT. Failure to do so within the prescribed period , the Performance Guarantee of agency will be forfeited. |
