| 3 | Conditions:- 1. Geo-tagged photo of Before and after shall be mandatory for payment purpose. The same shall be uploaded on EMB while doing measurement. 2. Identification of pot holes shall be responsibility of contractor in the jurisdiction. However it shall immediately communicate to EIC or his/her representative about it. 3. In case pothole is not repaired within stipulated period i.e. within 72 hour since the detection of pothole, it shall be got filled without notice to contractor with risk and cost of the contractor since work is related to public safety and can not give time for notice period etc. |
